The room impresses with ample space and a really comfortable bed, making for a pleasant stay. the lack of privacy on the balcony is notable, as foot traffic is frequent. Breakfast options are limited, and even basic items like boiled eggs and toast were the mainstay. a considerable drop from previous stays at other hotels. Access to the beach and pool facilities at the sister hotel is a major plus, providing better relaxation options.

Lovely bathroom with a rainforest shower. limited storage was a slight drawback.

comfortable sun loungers, immaculate pool area, modern bathroom with walk-in shower
The ceiling height in the upper level of the maisonette was frustratingly low!!! A mosquito net would enhance comfort upstairs, while additional storage options in the room would be helpful!!!

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with air conditioning and great beach access just a short walk away.
Found nothing wrong.

Had a blast with friends here! The staff was great and our rooms were comfy, with amazing views from the balcony. We enjoyed nights out at lively local bars and trips to Banana Beach and the beautiful waterfront in Zante town. Just a heads up, air conditioning is an extra charge.
One thing to note is the breakfast rules. men need to wear shirts, which was a bit awkward.

A Modern Delight with a Twist
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The breathtaking view from my balcony made mornings delightful. Breakfast held surprises with a pancake station. I loved taking a quick stroll to the sister hotel for refreshing swims. Pro tip, request a first-floor room for a better night's sleep without street noise.

Great beach access and friendly staff, but breakfast timing is too early for vacation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Semes. The staff, particularly Sia and Jenny, added a personal touch that made us feel welcomed. Delicious meals at great prices, especially the chicken pitta. The house cocktails during happy hour are a must-try! The low ceiling in the mezzanine room proved a bit challenging, though.
